What about refund?

How we refund you depends on how you paid for your online purchase.

• If you paid with iDEAL, the money will be refunded to your account.
• If you paid with Paypal, you will receive the money back on your Paypal account.
• If you paid with a gift voucher, we will refund the amount to your gift voucher

Have you returned your entire order or part of your order?

• If you return your entire order or part of your order, you will receive the purchase price of the returned products minus the shipping costs.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from us by email and you will receive the money within 14 working days.

My return has been received but I have not yet received an email confirmation?

Have you not received a message from us 2 working days after receipt? Please contact us.

I have not received a refund.
