Step-by-step plan for exchange and return
Do you want to return an item? Then use our return form. We can quickly process your return shipment through the return form. Make sure items that you want to return are undamaged and packaged in the original packaging, if this is reasonably possible. You can return quickly and easily:
- Check if your return shipment meets our returns
- Register your return shipment via the Contact form Or via our customer service, as soon as you receive a confirmation of return you can continue to pack your bike.
- If reasonably possible, place the item in the original packaging and pack the item in a shipping box
- Our return address is stated on the invoice or at the bottom of the website

You can return the bike via a transport company of your choice. We ask you to create the shipping label and send the bicycle insured for the purchase amount. You can hand in the shipment at a shipping point in your area or have it picked up. Save the proof of shipment with track & Trace well and sends it to us by mail so that we can follow it.
- Handlebar us one copy of your proof of shipment and keep your shipping certificate from DHL well
- As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order, you will receive an e-mail from us
- We will process you back within two working days
- If you have been processed return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the money you will receive within 14 Working days.
Make sure that you always mention the order number when returning, for a quick settlement of the return.
