Shipping and delivery policy

Of course, at H&B Exclusive your order will be shipped quickly, safely and environmentally friendly. If you order before 6:00 PM on working days, your bicycle will be picked up from us by DHL the next working day. This way you can pick up your package when it suits you. We are happy to tell you more about all the options at Bike Fixed.

Shipping costs

Since we are environmentally conscious, we will ship your bike in safe environmentally friendly boxes with insurance from DHL. That is why we apply a fixed low shipping rate for the whole of EU €100.

Delivery time

Insured delivery in 1 to 5 working days throughout the EU.

Insured shipping

Our packages are neatly and securely packed so that the item arrives safely to you. Each bicycle is insured with DHL based on the value of the bicycle.

Trace your package online

As soon as you place an order, you will automatically receive an email from DHL to track your shipment.

We would like to keep you informed. This way you can track your order online once it has left our warehouse, using the track and trace code you received by email.

Assembly

The bike comes 95% assembled, including all accessories you see in the photos.

In most cases (depending on the bike type and size) all you have to do is turn the handlebars and mount the front wheel! and towards the forest ;)
