 Conditions gift voucher

• A gift voucher can be used a maximum of once per email address for an online order.
• One gift voucher can be used per order.
• If you cancel an order in which a gift voucher was used, you will receive a refund on the same gift voucher.
• Each gift voucher is valid for a certain period. After this period, the gift voucher can no longer be used, unless stated otherwise.
• You cannot exchange discount codes for money.
• Discount codes are issued once. No reimbursement will be made in the event of theft or loss. Loss also includes the (accidental) deletion of emails.
• It is not permitted to alter or falsify a gift voucher, including hacking, spamming or forwarding.
• You cannot use gift vouchers for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
• Every (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized act will be registered and will result in the use of the gift voucher being denied.
• H&B Exclusive reserves the right to prematurely change the terms and conditions of the gift voucher or to declare the gift voucher invalid.

Why doesn't my gift card work?

It may happen that your gift voucher does not work. The most common causes are the following:

• You entered the gift voucher incorrectly. Check carefully whether the gift voucher has been transferred correctly.
• You have already used a gift voucher. At H&B Exclusive you can use a maximum of 1 gift voucher per order.
• Our gift vouchers are not valid in combination with other promotions.
