At H&B Exclusive you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal) for an online order. You may view and/or rate the article within this period. To ensure your return is processed quickly, you can simply use our Contact form to let us know

When returning your order, please ensure that your return shipment meets the followingrequirements:

  • The product is - as far as reasonably possible - in its original condition (as shown in the photos on the website)
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in post.

What about refund?

How we refund you depends on how you paid for your online purchase.

  • If you paid with iDEAL, the money will be refunded to your account.
  • If you paid with Paypal, you will receive the money back on your Paypal account.
  • If you paid with a gift voucher, we will refund the amount to your gift voucher

Have you returned your entire order or part of your order?

  • If you return your entire order or part of your order, you will receive the purchase price of the returned products minus the shipping costs.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from us by email and you will receive the money within 14 working days.

My return has been received but I have not yet received an email confirmation?

If you have not received a message from us 2 working days after receipt? Please contact us.

I have not received a refund.

After processing your return request, the refund will be credited to your account within 14 working days. If the amount has not yet been credited to your account after 20 working days? Please contact us

Returns
You will find a label with a return address on the packing slip of your order. The costs for return shipment are at your own expense. If you want to return an item, please use our Contact form so that we can process your return quickly.

Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled without giving reasons, provided that it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from H&B Exclusive .
